Frequently Asked Questions
Q: There is a concert on both days, is this event covering both days?

A: The parks typically only permit events for one day and the park had a prior event already scheduled for Saturday. So our only optoin was the Sunday that this park was available. Queensbridge park was also the closest park outside of Manhattan to the Radio City Music Hall venue.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: If it is only light rain, we will likely still hold the event. In the event of heavy rain we will unfortunately have to cancel the event.

Q: What are my options to get to the park and the concert?

A: Subway public transit is the best way to get to the park and to the venue. Taxi or Uber will be pricy and is not recommended. Parking is limited both at the park and at the Radio City Music Hall

Q: Why weren't the details announced earlier?

A: We're limited with what we can say by the park officials, prematurely announcing unconfirmed details could lead to event cancellation by the park staff. When announced, we have all of the required park and city permits to properly run the event.

Q: Why isn't the event closer to either ANYC or the Radio City Music Hall?

A: The park and city requirements are much tighter and much more expensive in Manhattan than the other boroughs, unfortunately there are a lot of obstacles preventing smaller groups from running mid-size events in any of the Manhattan parks or piers.
Smile! Please be aware that by attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed. The resulting images and videos may be posted on social media and used for other marketing purposes. We plan on blurring most faces in crowd photos (excluding the fan group and final group photos) but are unable to make the same accommodations for any video.
