Konfauna!

A group of us saplings on the Fauna's Forest fan discord are putting together a parody cover of the Drunken Sailor sea shanty to celebrate Fauna's anniversary. We're calling it "Naughty Sapling" and the lyrics can be found here: (And pinned in the #drunken-sailor channel on the discord (linked below))

Submissions:

- Singing: Anyone is welcome to submit their singing! You do not need to be good. Sea shanties aren't made to be sung by professionals. They're made to be sung by burly fellows on long boat journeys (and fans of Fauna who want to join this project). And with all the other voices overlapping yours, you've got nothing to fear!

The #drunken-sailor channel on our discord has an example track in the pinned messages that you will use to match your tempo to. Once you're done, open a support ticket in the #help channel with your file and a name you would like to be credited under and we'll get it checked! Feel free to ask questions if you're confused.

- Art: We're planning to show a slideshow of art in place of an MV. It won't be anything fancy, just a powerpoint style display of art for the duration of the song. Pirate themed is encouraged but all rule abiding art will be welcome. Fit the art to a 1920x1080 canvas even if your art doesn't take up the entire space.

Open a support ticket in the #help channel on our discord once you're ready to submit. Include a name you would like to be credited under.

If you would like to submit ART without joining the discord, upload your submission to google drive and send the share link to u/FaunasForest on Reddit. Include a name you would like to be credited with in your message. Singing submissions must be done on the discord. This is so we can quickly communicate with you if there are any problems with your audio.
